Dear Property Owner,
We are now able to handle ACH (Automated Clearing House) deposits. This means that we are now able to electronically transfer your monthly (or quarterly) distribution amount from your property management trust account to an account at the financial institution of your choosing. The benefit is that it is quicker and more secure than the mailing of your distribution check to you or your bank. Your statement from the Agency and bank will indicate the amount that was deposited.
